The Digital Health Technology and Sensor Core (DHTS) Facility at the University of Arizona Health Sciences provides state-of-the-art wearable and sensor technologies for research in human health, physiology, behavior, and other applications. We support sensor selection, data collection, device deployment, and advanced analytics for multi-sensor studies.
Established in 2022 as part of the UA Strategic Initiative – UAHS 5.1: Advanced Technologies in Healthcare, the Digital Health Technologies & Sensors (DHTS) Core serves as a collaborative “sensor network,” advancing research and providing shared equipment, expertise, and opportunities for collaboration across the University of Arizona and the broader community.
Our mission is to support and advance sensor-based research through specialized wearable and sensor technologies, as well as advanced large-scale data processing.
